We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or relevant qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level of English knowledge, both spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
  • Greeting visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected with the right office personnel
  • Ensuring the front desk area is neat and presentable
  • Monitoring and ordering office equipment and supplies; overseeing the office budget
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages and distributing them to appropriate parties
  • Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
  • Communicating with various vendors
