Qualifications

  • Faculty degree in Business, Management or related fields
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in operations management role
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from top management, group of managers, clients, and customers
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Excellent knowledge in the use of current Windows Operating System, Office Package and Google Application tools

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing two or more Client Managers including training, coaching, and mentoring in order to increase skill set and knowledge base
  • Regular weekly monitoring of the business unit’s performance
  • Managing data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Growing clients based on identified annual goals per each client
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for any new customers
  • Creating various analyses and reports, both internal and external
  • Performance management of employees in the unit
