process improvement specialist

Qualifications

  • Faculty degree in Business, Engineering or related fields
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with the Lean and 6 Sigma methodologies – certification beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
  • Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Meticulous and thorough task approach
  • Excellent knowledge in the use of the current Windows Operating System, Office Package, and Google Application tools as well as Project Management Tools (Miro, Trello, Jira)

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced program quality, increased productivity, and reduced cost
  • Developing a plan to implement changes – participates in planning improvement projects, their timelines, implementation, and expected results
  • Leading implementation and mentoring workforce to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Reporting on progress of the projects and monitoring the results of the changes to ensure they are working
  • Making continuous improvements and adjustments to maintain efficient operations
  • Working with all organizational teams in all departments to identify problems, analyzes information, and develop and implement process solutions
  • Working closely with the employees in operations to help them adjust to changes, grow their skills, and improve their knowledge
