Qualifications
- Faculty degree, preferably in Economy or Finance
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Expert knowledge in project management and R&D projects
- Familiarity with the Lean and 6 Sigma methodologies – certification beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels through reports and presentations
- Proven success in efficient project delivery (references provided)
- Results-driven and sales oriented individual
Responsibilities
- Data collection and process analysis to generate process improvement strategies using Lean 6 Sigma methodologies
- Developing, monitoring, and elevating the performance of the company’s vital business systems and processes
- In charge of housing, coordinating and implementing various projects across the organization
- Ownership of change initiatives from identification to project delivery through internal governance and control
- Overseeing company’s Process Improvement team
- Conducting consulting projects for US/UK/Canada clients
