Qualifications

  • Faculty degree, preferably in Economy or Finance
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Expert knowledge in project management and R&D projects
  • Familiarity with the Lean and 6 Sigma methodologies – certification beneficial but not mandatory
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels through reports and presentations
  • Proven success in efficient project delivery (references provided)
  • Results-driven and sales oriented individual

Responsibilities

  • Data collection and process analysis to generate process improvement strategies using Lean 6 Sigma methodologies
  • Developing, monitoring, and elevating the performance of the company’s vital business systems and processes
  • In charge of housing, coordinating and implementing various projects across the organization
  • Ownership of change initiatives from identification to project delivery through internal governance and control
  • Overseeing company’s Process Improvement team
  • Conducting consulting projects for US/UK/Canada clients
