Outsource Insurance Professionals announces C-level executives as a part of the company’s structure changes.  

Henderson, NV August, 2022 – Outsource Insurance Professionals announces senior leadership changes that further position the organization to deliver strong operational performance over the long term while supporting the organization’s strategic direction.  

OIP’s Founder & Chairwoman, Bevin Beatovic, has achieved her goal to “build the people so they can build the business”, and is now consulting the team behind the curtain. Beatovic shared, “The implementation of these executive leadership roles underscore the confidence I have in our talent development abilities and support the organization’s tremendous growth trajectory.”

Effective immediately, the following roles will be assumed by OIP Leadership: 

Martina Seferovic, has been named President & Chief Executive Officer, OIP. Prior to this role, Seferovic was the Managing Director, where she effectively led the organization for the last five years. With an extensive background in executive management, Seferovic’s formal education entails an M.Sc in Economics, along with an Executive MBA. Seferovic shared, “As the world becomes a truly global, multicultural playground we can see ourselves – an American-owned company with a Serbian heart – merging the best industry standards, business practices and societal norms we encounter in our day-to-day work, to provide a unique perspective to our clients.” Today, Seferovic is passionately committed to elevating the industry and its players through thought leadership, cross-cultural synergy, and advocating for equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion. 

Milos Petrovic will step into the role of Chief Operating Officer, OIP based on his significant operational expertise and proven ability to lead complex matters through to resolution. “The oversight Milos has of the day-to-day operations will ensure that we achieve lasting transformation as we foster a culture of operational excellence,” shared Seferovic.  “Our industry is small and reputation is everything. The understanding that we’re an extension of our clients, drives our purpose to support them through continuously educating and improving upon our knowledge of the entire policy lifecycle,” stated Petrovic.

Snezana Obradovic, with formal education in the fields of statistics, IT and quantitative finance at the Faculty of Economics, Belgrade, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer, OIP. “Snezana’s extensive financial background, her Forbes Finance Council membership, as well as her deep knowledge of OIP’s business, will provide the executive leadership team with tremendous expertise, insight and financial acumen,” Seferovic said. “As CFO, there’s value in viewing situations through a broader lens when identifying and solving problems. It’s evident in today’s workforce that outsourcing plays a vital role in every successful company. The shift in perception is significant, as these companies become strategic partners and trusted advisors, just as we have,” added Obradovic.
