OIP Management Team had fun, but the challenging team-building event at the racetrack on August 10th. We learned that the skills necessary for navigating the racetrack are similar to those needed in management – push your limits, but do it in a safe, precise, and controlled manner.
This event allowed us to get out of our comfort zone and experience the power and versatility of the Porsche vehicles we drove. All participants showed true team spirit by cheering for each other even during the competition portion of the event.
A truly memorable experience, and in true insurance fashion, the OIP Team managed to steer their way around multiple courses without an incident!
