With more than 200 smiling faces ready to take an annual company photo, OIP’s annual celebration started!
Two offices gathered in Bitef Art Cafe with Presidents of the company, Bevin and Alex Beatovic, who announced many more successful years and upcoming projects.
The official ceremony was opened by Bevin and Alex, who thanked all employees and the management for their hard work, dedication, and passion. Martina Seferovic, Managing Director, spoke about the great working environment we are trying to preserve as well as the effort that we are all making in order to maintain the quality of our services, which makes us offer unparalleled outsourcing solution to our clients.
Mina Jovanovic, Director of Operations, talked about fast-growing Nis Office and the very challenging year behind us which brought over 70 new employees in Nis.
Special prizes were awarded to:
– The first employee of OIP – Branko Radulovic, Head of IT, who was awarded a performance driving class with the well-known race driver Andrej Kulundzic at NAVAK Academy.
– Team of the Quarter – Center of Excellence! This is a newly formed department comprised of data analysis experts with unlimited talent to improve data quality. COE Team is managing a number of projects with the goal to keep company data accurate and implement business efficiency on all levels. Congrats to all!
