The Month of October is the Official International Breast Cancer Awareness Month. OIP and the organization Budimo Zajedno have been cooperating for more than 3 years now. On Monday, 10/15/2018, OIP employees had an opportunity to understand the purpose and goals of this organization and to find out more about BCA.
OIP collected donations that are intended for the purpose of this cause and mostly for organizing Budimo Zajedno year-round events in order to support women and men suffering from BC – gathering specialists and doctors to hold lectures, organizing free checkups and offering psychological help and most importantly, raising awareness.
Every year OIP is painted in PINK for one day in October to mark the BCA month.
