OIP took part in a Job Fair, organized by BEST Nis, a student organization which creates opportunities for the personal development of students and supports them in reaching their full potential. With a slogan “Your career begins here!” we joined to offer opportunities to young and prosperous people to join our company.
Our HR team had the opportunity to talk to participants, to share OIP story and to convey the image of our working environment and culture. The company presentation, which took place on the second day of the fair, was very successful and helped us get to know potential candidates.
Since our company has been operating in Nis for only 6 months, this was a great chance to get feedback from potential candidates and to share our story.
Job fair took part on 5th and 6th of March and OIP supported the event as a Silver Sponsor.
