Since AIA partnered with OIP in 2018, our support operations have never been better and the ease of doing business with OIP is off the charts! Initially there was concern from our employees that OIP was brought in to replace them, but when they realized that OIP only made their job easier and increased productivity they completely bought into the process. The team’s periodic suggestions for efficiency improvements are very helpful, and show good insight to the work we all are doing.

A constant problem for any insurance related company is dealing with turnover and the costs associated with hiring and training for back end processes. These positions do not typically generate income for the business, but rather are necessary expenses when delivering insurance policies to our clients.
While discussing common pain points and servicing issues with other business leaders at a national conference, it was then OIP was referred to us from another well respected company within the insurance industry. We were aware that such services existed globally, but I was skeptical to the effectiveness and accuracy that would be available. I was so wrong.
OIP is a game changer. I was able to transform a variable cost into a fixed cost by utilizing their platform. This very noticeable improvement has increased our level of customer service to both our retail agents and the carriers we represent. We started using OIP in 2014 with one assistant. We were so impressed with the quality of work we added more assistants (11 total) and increased the level of work assigned from level 1 to level 4.
